When can I get my goods?
Please allow about 2 working days to process your order. Once your Japanese makeup is ready to be sent out, we will send you a notification email. You should be able to receive your items in approximately 2 weeks time for regular free shipping. EMS will enable you to receive your Japanese makeup in 2 ~ 5 business days.
Will there be any import taxes or custom duties involved?
A: Most of the countries we ship out to allow free trade over the internet and will not charge custom duties nor import taxes for any small packages entering the country.
However, in the event of import taxes or custom duties, this will be payable by the recipient.
Can I make a goods return?
Makeup Celebrity accepts defected/damaged goods return within 30 days of shipment. We guarantee to send you a replacement Japanese makeup immediately with no questions asked upon receipt of the defected/damaged item. The defected/damaged return shipping cost will be borne by the customers while the replacement shipping costs will be borne by Makeup Celebrity.
Which courier company do you use to ship my order?
We use the reputable Japan Post's regular airmail to ship your orders. (no tracking available)
※While we ensure that your items are shipped quickly and safely by choosing the reputable Japan Post, we cannot guarantee the same for the post service of the recipent country. Please kindly take note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen package. Alternatively, you can choose to pay for insurance at US$4.00.
